secure website is intended for authorized end users (i.e. providers and
billing agents). This is meant to supplement the Customer Service Help
Desk by handling claims status inquiry, eligibility requests, and other
common requests via web pages.
The Customer service Help Desk is still available to handle your
general billing, claim, or policy questions.
The Help Desk hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM.

Provider Look-up Help
Use of the Vermont secure web pages is restricted to authorized
users. You must obtain a username and password to be used to access the
secure web pages. Access to individual web pages may further be
restricted by the profile assigned to your username. Access to the
remainder of the help pages requires a valid login.
